I am completely collected right now and can still say Shula's foolish stubborness to commit to the first down run up the middle virtually every single series and after every big play is one of the dumbest, most stubborn coaching "tactics," if you can call it that, I have ever laid my eyes upon.

That might hold water if in fact we ran the ball more than we threw it on first down yesterday.  Go back and look at the play by play and you will see that until we were trying to salt away the win late we threw the ball twice as much as we ran on first down yesterday.
