NFCS cellar dwellars... wasn't supposed to be like this

Things are looking a little "bass-ackward" in the NFCS after two games of the season... a team many picked to steamroll their competition is now winless and in last place... and a team that some picked to just plain suck is undefeated and in first place.

I'm really gonna enjoy being 3-0 and hearing the "experts" explain to everyone just how freaking stupid they are...

What annoys me is the media never admits.  They said last year we outperformed ourselves.  This year they said that would catch up to us and we would be back to who THEY thought we were.

They will never admit they were wrong- instead they will blame the Suckaneers and the Aints and the Shitcons for 'underforming'.

    • I don't have that stat available - https://www.statmuse.com/nfl/ask/nfl-rookie-receiving-yards-leaders-2024 The number was discussed here and it was normal among *all WR. It just felt more cause a couple of those drops were back breakers. I know one drop he caught 95% of the ball, I think it was the eagles drop.  I think you always look at the whole side, he had a good rookie yardage and TD year with some poorly timed drops. He can improve and he can can slump. Sure he could have played better, same time he could have played much worse too. He was the 32nd player drafted, not some top 5-10 savior. I thought he had good rookie year with ups and downs. Knowing he did so with lack of reps due to injuries and he kept playing with questionable QB play, that looks to me like he can improve his level of play. Not on the stats either, he looked good blocking too, many big gains he was helping with down field blocks.
