I still think this was Richardson's decision.  I mean he just got on a podium this week crying his eyeballs out over the situation.  There's no way Rivera would overrule Richardson if he wanted him out there.  Coach is paid to take the fall on this.  It's my personal belief that this was Richardson's decision at the last minute.
