Gman is like the smart woman who doesn't make much $ but knows how to find the designer label clothes in the DISCOUNTstore. I believed from the start that just like last year, he'd be able to plug the holes with bargain players.

Josh Norman played well on the snaps I noticed as well. My favorite secondary guy is Decoud. He's cat quick and seems to play Center field like a boss. The whole secondary deserves kudos though. Great win.

Antoine Cason was definitely the player of the game for the secondary. That forced fumble was beast. Also 7 tackles. Great game for him.

If they gave 1/2 interceptions you would have to give DeCoud 1/2 of White's interception.  DeCoud popped that ball up knowing there were only Panther around to catch it.  They played solid against a high powered offense.  Stafford still had some pretty decent number but they stood strong.

White is legit. May never be elite but he's gonna be one of those guys that's gonna come in and do his job and do it well.

 

White is more legit than many people think. He is progressing very quickly and is becoming a shut down corner. He plays smart and uses every angle and second to his advantage ala Richard Sheman.

Last year all we had was Mike back there.  Godfrey got hurt, and nobody replaced him.  This year we have a real FS back there in DeCoud, and Harper is just as good as Mike in my opinion.  Not only that, but White has improved into a pretty good corner, and Cason is definitely legit.  Our secondary is at least four times better than it was last year.

He hasnt looked as bad in coverage as i had expected tbh. Getting burned på Calvin can happen to anyone and he still had the presence of mind to distract CJ enough to force the incompletion
