They really kept things infront of them today. I think this is probably the most improved segment of our group this year. Close between it and the wr positions. To limit Calvin Johnson to what he had was a huge success today. I can't say enough about Bene Benwikere either. Safety positions made some good plays, including the tip that lead to interception and never gave up anything substantial.

I am really liking DeCoud, Bene, and Cason the most! I really do think that this secondary can become one of the top 10 if they keep playing together. We went big in the secondary and it is paying off as of now.

I agree they are underestimated, unlike last year  we got so much more esperience back there this year that even if pressure isn't at the QB I have faith that corners and safeties are going to be in the right position to make a play and not out of position like last year..

Gman is like the smart woman who doesn't make much $ but knows how to find the designer label clothes in the 2nd hand store. I believed from the start that just like last year, he'd be able to plug the holes with bargain players.

Anyone have second half stats? Pretty incredible accomplishment here. I know the entire defense stepped it up, but you cannot pass credit on these young guys.
