Let me remind you all:

-No visible signs Nicole Holder was injured. This despite her claim a monster like Hardy slammed her and choked her.

-She didn't receive medical attention.

-She was admittedly high on coke at the time.

-She didn't show up for the first court date like she was supposed to (maybe twice even?)

-Not a single eyewitness could corroborate what Holder said. Only one "ear"witness heard what she heard was some kind of fight happening.

-Hardy is charged with only misdemeanor crimes and would be a first-time offender.

-Hardy hasn't been convicted by a jury.

Why the hell do you blame Richardson for Hardy being a moron and the media for the witch hunt?

Jerry Richardson folded because of the ray rice video. If he was such a man of morals he would have suspended him week 1.but then again this is the same guy who fired his sons and pretty much threatened the city for money or couldn't guarantee the panthers would be staying in Charlotte. Wouldn't expect much less out of him.

When they played the 911 call from the neighbor I knew he was toast. I'd guess the NFL put pressure on Jerry to sit him given all the media backlash.

And it was the same NFL, that were reported to tell the Panthers to play him when they asked NY/NFL HQ regarding how to punish Hardy, if at all.
