The problem is what he did isn't a fact yet.

No.  There was a ruling in a court of law, so that stands until he appeals and overturns it.  As of now, he was convicted of a misdemeanor.  There is a longer process should he choose it, but as of now, he was given an opportunity to present his case and a judge ruled on it.

what is stupid is folks who act like they know what they are talking about when they clearly don't.

You don't know what I know.  Prove me wrong with something other than unsupported accusations.  Why is this hard for you?  I understand there is a process, but he was given a verdict in the first stage of the process--now he is guilty unless he overturns it.  Why are you being such a dick? Oh, I just read your user name.  Nevermind,  I don't engage in discourse with morons.  Have a nice day, AK47.

so i'm being a dick for putting you on blast for not knowing what you are talking about?  sorry if i hurt your feelings, but next time just leave your opinions to yourself instead of passing them off as facts.  you have everything 100% wrong, but are convinced in being right.  that doesn't jive with me.

Yes, you are being a dick. I said he was judged by a judge and found guilty.  You think that is an opinion.  Your user name suggests your IQ is about 12.   Good day--don't respond.

NC Courts Website

"You have the right to appeal the judge’s decision. If, after you have been found guilty, you wish to have a jury trial, you must tell the judge within ten days that you wish to appeal his/her decision. A jury trial is when 12 people hear the evidence of your case and decide whether you are guilty. District Court does not have jury trials. If you are charged with a misdemeanor or an infraction, the judge will decide your case. If, after your case has been heard in District Court, you appeal to Superior Court, you will have a jury trial."

An appeal does not mean you are innocent, it means that you are appealing a decision.  Hardy has been found guilty in District Court.  He has to go to a higher court (Superior Court) to reverse that decision.  However, appealing does not erase the district court decision.

I never said that it would not be reversed, but I responded to people who said that he had not been found guilty,

Then Geroge Zimmer didn't kill a kid in cold blood and OJ isn't the reason Nicole and Ron are dead right??

Since we can read we don't have to agree with every judgement in court.

Once again, you completely miss the point.  This was never about what we have to agree with--do you even read the threads before you post?
