Panthers might deactivate Hardy?

I'm of the opinion that he should have been suspended from Day 1 of the season. He should have gotten 4 games by the Panthers before the league even ruled for conduct detrimental to the team. But we tried to roll the dice and sneak him onto the field hoping that the media wouldn't notice. Well, when Ray Rice's situation blew up we didn't have a choice. The spotlight came on. It was reactionary and stupid to deactivate him now when you had given lip service that was entirely in contrast to that decision just days ago.

 

This makes us look Mickey Mouse in addition to negligent for not suspending him straight away. PR nightmare.

I rarely explode on here but this is BS!!!! Seriously, it took us this long to deactivate him???!! Come the fug on!! We basically wasted a game here.

 

Yep. Big PR disaster here.  Standing firm would've been bad for what a day, until the new news cycle happened, or a new attack, or false flag occurs.  Now we can NOT activate Hardy again until his trial which will drag on through the season.  He's done here.  And he shouldn't be (unless found guilty at jury trial).
