The Observer is a waste of circulation - in all areas, not just sports. But, it's such a shame that a newspaper located in a city that's had an NBA team for 20 years and an NFL team for almost 15 years can't attract one single decent sports reporter and/or writer over that timeframe. It's either apathy or ignorance. Actually, probably a combination of the two.
