NFL possible new drug policy going to a vote tonight

Getting ready to vote tonight. if passed how would this effect Frank Alexander? Might he be back on the field sooner then four games? Don't think it was disclosed what he tested positive for. Looks like a higher thresh hold for weed ,immediate HGH testing , 2 game suspension for a DWI,and off season positive testing of some substances would not lead to a suspension. Hopefully Frank can also get a break as it seems Gordon and Welker will benefit.
