MSNBC Morning Joe: Hardy, Panthers and the War on Women

Eh, this is quickly becoming a case of the media pandering to nitwits and throwing a hissy fit by publishing article after article filled with half truths and one-sided narrative until they get their way. JR shouldn't budge.

Marcus Halber .... Pat Bateman speaking the truth!

I would not have a problem with this if they had said it months ago. But seeing as how the media is only piling on because of Ray Rice and ratings now, and not because they actually care about domestic violence, I am forced to chalk it up to pompous grandstanding.

Also because the media is on a power trip seeing as how they changed the NFL's dealing of the ray rice case, now they want to be able to change their decision making on whatever they please when it comes to this.

What they don't realize is that while they did the right thing in Ray Rice's case, they're not doing the right thing now

You are putting way to much faith in today's 'Merican. There are adults that don't even know the name of our Vice President.

--------------------------------------

Matt Ryan wears braided belts.

I have very little faith in today's 'Merica (or for that matter today's world), but I sadly know how reactive people are... They will probably forget by the time of trial, but once that trial starts the people involved will be like "Holy Poo! I remember being really pissed about this! Rabble-rabble-rabble!!!"

How many people today will think about the guy who shot up the movie theater in Colorado? Probably very few. But news hits he is standing trial.... This country goes right back to how they felt the day the news broke.

(I AM IN NO WAY SAYING WHAT HARDY DID IS SIMILAR TO WHAT JAMES HOLMES DID IN COLORADO. JUST MAKING A POINT ABOUT AMERICANS MINDS WHEN IT COME TO THE MEDIA)

James Holmes was the shooter and John Holmes a porn star... just sayin'.

Ah, said I wouldn't talk anymore on the subject, but I just can't believe how one sided the conversation has been in the media about this topic.  They keep harping on the judge's guilty sentence, and they keep bringing up all the things Holder accused Hardy of while neglecting the other side. (And Holder's past and current problems)  Here are some videos talking on the subject...

I hope we go to the Super Bowl and Greg Hardy gets five sacks and two forced fumbles for a touchdown and wins MVP. I hope he stands on the stage and Goodell himself comes up and gives him the MVP trophy while Greg has the Lombardi in his other hand. All the while he has his contact lenses and war paint on.

fug you, you basic American motherfugers. No wonder why other countries want to watch us burn to the ground. We have the resources to do so much good globally, and this is what Americans focus on. Congressional hearings into the DV epidemic in the NFL, of .13%.

I love the country I live in, but sometimes I'm also ashamed to be a part of such a knee jerk, pompous collective of human beings.

It has def become more of an NFL and Goodell thing than a player did something wrong thing. The point being they don't want Hardy punished for domestic violence; rather, they want Hardy punished for the sake of the NFL handing out punishments, which, btw, the NFL has the absolute strictest punishment for domestic violence in the 3 major sports at a minimum 12% of games compared to the NBA, which hands out 3%, 5%, and 8% season suspensions MAXIMUM.

ESPN just did an outside the lines...ughh. These bastards are coming for us with both barrels. They played a neighbors entire 911 call, saying GH is beating the girl. She said she seen it and she was there. Then they casually mention GH calling the police, played a snippet and said he was alleging she attacked him. Implying that GH was trying to cover his ass. They then showed the quote from the judge saying that "this court is convinced, that GH is guilty of DV and communicating threats of great bodily harm".

Then they showed GH's press conferences, where he couldn't talk about the case...making him look arrogant and unphased. I swear I even heard noe fuging person, asking him if he apologized to either holder or the team, couldn't make it out. Bottom line is they said he has been found guilty and is playing pending his appeal. Oh yeah...GUNZ!!!!GUNZ!!!!ASSAULT WEAPONZ!!!!!OMGZ!!!!!!
