Does anyone else think this has anything to do with the media attacking Richardson and Hardy?

 

I had this exact same thought Dex.  Cam doesn't need much to light a fire and make the media suffer during his pressers.  Trolling, tired, focused, whatever the case, I loved it.

 

Bu yeah, some outlet will pick this up and run down a rabbit hole with it.

Here Comes the "cam is immature " train from the media

why is this kid always catching isn for being himself? Johnny Manziel can give the finger to his opponents and those in the media brushes it off as him just being Manziel. Luck can slam his helmet on the bench in view of the camera and not one person in the media mentions it the next day. Not of them are attacking their behavior or labeling their action "immature." But every isn this Cam does is seen as immature by those in the media who don't seem to find anything wrong with anything Luck and Johnny Manziel does. Why is that?

Cam Newton probably had a bad practice.  This is how Newton operates after losses, or at least how he used to, and I would imagine he doesn't take kindly to not performing up to his expectations.  And the last thing he wants to do after a bad practice while suffering from injuries is to talk to the media and answer ridiculous questions, especially the last one. 

 

I don't really think there is more to it than that.  I found it pretty freakin' hilarious.  Cam Newton is the only player in the NFL who I truly think has an NBA personality (and I mean that in the best way possible - I love Cam Newton).  I figure that is why a lot of NFL fans don't like the guy.
