Harbaugh compares Kaepernick to Superman? Say what?

Smith vs Lucas

He works for their offense, but if you gave a real QB the weapons he has, they'd be the #1 offense in the league. #2 might not even be close.

#1 offense in the league? With a sorry reciever like Crabtree? Honestly though if you gave them a pretty good qb like stafford I highly doubt they'd be number 1. Even Rodgers or brees wouldn't make them that good.

Jim Harbaugh said Kaep is the only qb in the NFL that could make the type of plays he displayed in week 1. Panthers website definitely felt differently.

This isn't necessarily directed towards you but, I'd have responded to Jim that it's too bad Kaep couldn't make a play on the goal line with a trip to the Super Bowl on the line.

I'd actually compare Kaep to the ginger in Cincinnati (Dalton) before I'd compare him to Superman. They both can't ever win the ones that seem to count.

That's only at face value though. Knowing Harbaugh and his love for mind games, it's a direct dig at Cam and the Panthers. He knows that they pissed us off, and we're still pissed off. Harbaugh is a very cold and calculated thinker. Look no further than the Nature Boy visit last year before we played them.

Crabtree's main issue is staying healthy. He's pretty good when he's on the field. Then you also have Bolden, Stevie Johnson, Brandon Lloyd, some young development WRs, Vernon Davis at TE, Frank Gore at RB, and possibly the best OL in the league. They're pretty damn stacked. Kaepernick is the weak link.
