No sign of Hardy at practice today!

She had bruising on her body consistent with her claims and I don't have any trouble believing hardy would threaten to kill someone.

I also know this girl tangentially and friends of friends say she's not lying.

I have a friend of a friend of a friend who things your full of poo but what do I know.

Man so many people need a lesson in the law here.

The bench trail was to find out if there was a possibility it was true enough to go to a jury trail. Do some research on this case before some of you join the witch hunt.

Also the bruising doesn't line up with the described abuse but does with being restrained, she was on coke, she was late to the trail, her witnesses weren't creditable bc they didn't see anything just heard a girl screaming(which I can see from a angry coked up woman loosing her meal ticket).

Even her side of the story is outlandish "he slammed me into the bathroom (no bruising to that effect), slammed my arm with the toilet seat( small bruising on arm not consistent with a huge dude slamming poo on you), threw me on a couch full if guns( light back bruising no scratches or gun shaped bruises from hitting metal hard), he choked me and threaten to kill me( not a single mark on her neck from a giant man trying to choke her out) "

Not totally at least not according to the US Constitution.

Where/when was due process denied to him? Charges were filed, he chose and was given a bench trial, and had legal representation.

Not liking the outcome != not receiving due process.

The panthers could suspend him whenever they want, as could the league.

And again, now they have to convince a hostile jury that there were procedural errors in a one day case that hardy's attorneys never brought up before.

He's not going to beat this.

Precedent says they can't suspend him.  Hardy is a first time offender in this case, and the league usually wait until after the legal process before they do anything.  If they suspended Hardy and he was found not guilty, Hardy could sue based on precedent. (and the NFLPA will back him up)

Just because the Rice video came out and everyone is in an anti-Domestic Violence rage mode doesn't mean that they can go back and revisit the Hardy situation. Legal process MFers.

You know the thing I love most about this Rice thing?

It was published by a company that employs hundreds if not thousands of So-called "Journalist" and Photographers. To harass, stalk, follow, physically engage and belittle celebrities, Women and Men alike. Pray on shameful ladies and gentlemen of all walks to get a exposed and/or degrading picture & story of people.

This whole mess is on TMZ, cesspool of media. These stories are not our business, these videos and photos are not our business. They are the people engaged, the courts(If applicable) and the owners/upper floor on NFL.

For the love of all things holy, please, please, please. Let them blow over.

"In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defence."

I highlighted the part you don't understand.

Hardy has violated the personal conduct policy of the nfl and is subject to whatever goodell says. Plenty of first time offenders have been suspended. There's no fuging precedent.

You have no idea what you're fuging talking about.

And if you think the nflpa would stick up for hardy right now you're taking the piss.

I would like to see Hardy go ahead and keep that November date for his trial.  Can you imagine if the Panthers make it to the superbowl, and Hardy is faced with all this on media day?  Go ahead and get this out of the way if I was him, and I would be telling him this if I were in the Panthers organization.

Your an idiot and don't understand but that's ok. He has not violated anything because he hasn't been convicted by a jury.....read the 6th amendment please for the love of intelligence.

Not when it comes to domestic violence charges.  They usually let the law straighten that out before anything is done to the player.
