No sign of Hardy at practice today!

It means she's a coked out gold digging ***** that will say anything to fund her habit. Also I'm sure there's some new shoes she has her eye on that she can't afford anymore without her sugar daddy. A civil suite against an NFL player would fix that.

Except this isn't a civil suit.

Does being on coke mean you can't be beat up by a boyfriend?

No but it takes away your credibility recollecting the event in question when on stand. There actually isn't any clear evidence whatsoever against Hardy. Not a drop. Any scratches or bruises on her are not evidence against Hardy, as he claims she was doing it to herself. This is very clearly a he said she said case, with the "victim" clearly not being credible, so it should therefore be thrown out instantly. The judge was clearly a feminist idiot not looking at the case objectively. From a football perspective, I honestly don't care one way or another what happens with Hardy since we likely won't keep him so don't try to say I'm being biased. I'm saying this is a man who believes in equality and fairness. Unfortunately in today's society in the States, for men in these types of cases, it is guilty until proven innocent. And by the way, the Ray Rice case or media response should have absolutely no effect on Hardy. And if it does that is a sad sad day. Comparing the two cases is apples and oranges.

She had bruising on her body consistent with her claims and I don't have any trouble believing hardy would threaten to kill someone.

I also know this girl tangentially and friends of friends say she's not lying.

She had light bruising on her arms, which would also be consistent with Hardy's version of events in that she was restrained by someone else.  For her story to be true, she would have a whole lot more than light bruising on her arms.  By the way, if the light bruising on her arm is the only evidence she has, it's astounding the judge ruled in her favor.  Again this was a bench trial.  Holder showed up fashionable late to it, which was grounds to dismiss the charges right there.  Yet the judge gave her leeway there.  The judge didn't allow her past and drug problems to be brought up in this case, yet allowed Hardy's legal guns to be paraded around the court room.  After all of that, the judge convicts Hardy.  In my personal opinion, I believe this judge was as biased as they come, to the point of not even trying to hide it.  Yet with all that said, we have plenty of legal analysts saying the judge's ruling was simply a statement of there's enough here for it to go to an official trial.  Unfortunately people don't care about any of that, and want Hardy nailed to the wall right now.

Makes sense to me then. I've been pushing for a 28th amendment that supersedes the 6th amendment and overrides due process in the event someone has an acquaintance and friends of friends can vouch for someone.

He's had due process.

His sentence is suspended, not expunged. He is guilty in the eyes of the court.

I was answering a personal question about what I think.

I have friends of friends who know this girl, and one friend who even dated the girl previously .... and all have said that she is bat poo crazy.

However, does that me believe that Greg is innocent? Not necessarily. The truth probably lies somewhere in the middle. Tough situation with Hardy and no real answer to it. I would let due process play out if I was in Panthers management and it looks like that is what they will do. No reason to fret over stuff we can't control.

SMH. Nothing can or will happen to Hardy until AFTER his JURY trial.

Just because the Rice video came out and everyone is in an anti-Domestic Violence rage mode doesn't mean that they can go back and revisit the Hardy situation. Legal process MFers.

There would be swarms of lawsuits against the league and organization if they take action on Hardy and he is found innocent (which he will be).

She obviously doesn't give a crap about Hardy. I mean she was getting fugged by Nelly on the side. She is a hold digger and in a case like this it looks terrible on her part. At the same time it gives Hardy a motive. This case is tricky which is why it should have just went straight to trial by jury.

I will not make a judgement as i've I have not seen her pictures that the C&O said she refused to allow the police to photograph and they came from an outside source. Her lawyer after the trial said they are thinking of a Civil Suit. Her first lawyer refused to go Civil for her thats why she "Fired" him. I don't believe one word that comes out of her mouth and I whole heartedly believe the judge was biased.

That said, Im sure he was a little rougher then he intended considering he throws grown 300 pound athletes for a living. The I'm gonna kill you stuff, seemed to be what pushed the judge over the line. but we shall never know if that was true or not at this point.

Its a mess, Just like the media to go Frick up, Good Ol' Football season.

The panthers could suspend him whenever they want, as could the league.

And again, now they have to convince a hostile jury that there were procedural errors in a one day case that hardy's attorneys never brought up before.

He's not going to beat this.
