No sign of Hardy at practice today!

Suspend him now and get it over with. I believe it would quell the media blood lust that has been going on this week. He erred in judgment regardless of what you believed happened that night , he shouldn't of even been in the tenuous relationship, he's was found guilty and needs to pay for it. The longer this goes on the more distraction it causes. I say 3 games.

Why would a professional organization care about what the media has to say? I'd think doing the right thing should be IOC more concern.

If you suspend him and he is found innocent, do we have to out the stolen money back in his pocket?

if the NFL tries to suspend Hardy before he even has his day in court this is going to be a BIG fuging deal.

Wouldn't bet on that.

The NFL rarely suffers any adverse consequences from their suspensions, with the exception of Ray Rice.

The way that one fell out isn't really a positive for Hardy.

It's such bs, I get the outrage against domestic violence and deservedly so but how do people not also understand that these guys, some from not great backgrounds, are vulnerable to people popping out of the woodwork to take advantage of them and their wealth?

The judge has a 92% conviction rate against men (better to be safe than sorry, I get that).

No serious injury whatsoever.

Denied medical examination due to cocaine (fits Hardys story of her going crazy.)

Did hardy restrain her potentially leading to bruising? Maybe.

Did he strike her or do the poo she says? Hell the fug no.

Also Greg wasn't being the most polite and would dance around the judges questions to where she had to ask him if he actually knew champagne had alcohol in it. Not the smartest on his move, but doesn't make him guilty.

Media relations is huge in professional sports. You don't want the media painting a bad picture of your organization because it effects sponsorships all the way down to player relationships.

One of my professors works in PR for the Redskins and he said they told the players three things they were not allowed to talk to the media about... 1) Redskins name, 2) Michael Sam, and 3) RGIII. Notice that two of the three have to do with image perception. Also the Redskins actually released D. Hall because he went public saying that he would not be opposed to a name change. Now they ultimately brought him back, but you better believe that organizations care about how they're perceived by the media.
