On my NFL Sunday Ticket package, Dallas and SF were blacked out in Washington DC. WTF is up with that? Any idea who they are blacking out and why? Are they blocking out Dallas? San Fran? I just want to know if there are any other out-of-DC-market teams that might get blacked out when they play the Panthers.

sunday ticket blacks out the game if it's shown on a local channel, regardless of whether it's the home team.  If you tuned to fox, you would've seen it.
