You are presumed innocent. Gregg Hardy deserves that right, and nothing the Charlotte Observer, ESPN, Sports Illustrated, or any other network or Huddler says or believes, changes his constitutional rights.

 

Of course but that has nothing whatsoever to do with team or NFL policy.

Your right. My thought is thst it has always been the NFLs policy to let due process take its course and take action accordingly. With the Rice situation boiling over, im afraid of the knee jerk reaction with the Hardy csse.
