The Observer: Panthers Should Suspend Hardy Now

I understand where you're coming from. I agree Hardy can't be guilty because of Ray Rice.

But....

It's more about the NFL covering up the fact they saw the video and what the implications are as it stems throughout the league. If they covered up for the Ravens what else is the NFL and organizations covering up?

It's wrong to indict the Panthers of this, however the way the events came out it just makes you wonder if their is a league wide conspiracy to cover up wrong doings off the field.

Not saying the Panthers should suspend Hardy...but if they're sitting on negative information despite what the legal process says, they should suspend him. I don't think they are, but the way Goodell handled Ray Rice undermines the credibility of the entire NFL and that's very unfortunate for the Panthers.

Yeah that's a whole different conversation.

If the panthers are sitting on anything...ANYTHING, that could impact or sway an ongoing proceeding then they should be sued to oblivion and brought up on charges for obstruction of justice.

At that point what Hardy did takes a backseat to the conspiracy and coverup by a billion dollar company and it's multi-billion dollar parent organization.

This has been said over and over. He appealed. They do something now and he is cleared of all charges hardy will fug them so bad it won't be funny

Well...you can't use the expression about being innocent until proven guilty is all.

He was found guilty. Appealing doesn't mean he doesn't currently stand with a guilty verdict. Appealing it isn't a sign of innocence. Maybe he is....but appealing at his stage is just standard practice in today's world

Hardy can't do poo if they suspend him and he wins his appeal

Doesn't matter what I said before still stands. Rice was convicted and didn't appeal or rather took his punishment
