if hardy gets suspended the new point will be how richardson/gettleman were too late and only did it because they were pressured. that's how it always goes. the story cannot be allowed to die until it is milked for every last drop.

I heard Golic on the Mike and Mike show, state that since Hardy was already convicted by a Judge, Hardy should be suspended until he PROVES HE's INNOCENT in an appeal.

Wow. America these days. We should just amend the Constitution so these people will be happy. Guilty until proven innocent is a horrible viewpoint.

there is a big problem in america these days where people who are not qualified to be speaking on certain matters do so in front of very large audiences.  in the eyes of the law hardy's bench trial never happened.  his case is still pending.  he is exercising the rights he has as united states citizen.  it really isn't that difficult to understand.  

 

i don't mind if folks want to call for hardy to be suspended purely for the optics of it all.  it is the ones who are calling him "guilty", etc. that get on my nerves.

I sent Mike & Mike a FB explaining that in N.C. as soon as Hardy asked for a jury trial in Superior court, his District court guilty verdict was vacated and the process starts all over anew.

Maybe they'll report that in the morning like good journalist would do.
