No one can doubt that Norman is talented. My worst nightmare though will be something llike him stopping a critical 1st down by defending a pass intended for Megatron, then he gets in Megatron's face which will result in us getting slapped with 15 yards

He certainly does have a history of shitting the bed, that's for sure.  But, due to this history, I expect him to have a short leash when he gets his next chance and his next chance may be his last if he doesn't make the most of it.

 

Norman is the DB equivalent of a QB that shows talent, but who refuses to ever check the ball down or throw it away, always trying to score a TD on every play.  Norman just needs to stick with the scheme and his assignment.  It's when he starts free lancing that he gets himself (and us) in trouble.  Coaches have zero tolerance for that type of stuff.  If you go out there and play hard and get beat, that's one thing.  Everyone gets beat occasionally, even the best of them.  But, they don't want to see the other team get huge opportunities because you're blowing your role in the defense as called.
