Hardy won't get kicked out of football and it's an overreaction to think so. His case is much less cut and dry.

She would throw me in jail faster than I could say objection.  All that said, I still would have had more confidence, if the case had been tried before Judge Judy.

You're right about that. We won't know, but there might be more evidence out there considering he got indicted on the charges. I do know Hardy is the next media target....Schefter has foreshadowed the event.

Evidence has little to do wiith an indictment. All the DA has to prove is that a crime likely occured, The accusers sworn statement is all that is needed in most cases for the grand jury to return a true bill of indictment.

I've said this before but I have no problem saying this again. Greg Hardy is not 100% innocent in the event but in no manner do I believe it was anywhere near what Ray Rice did.

He called the cops on her to begin with. Why you may ask?

Cause she was coked up and had it in her purse. That right there changes the game. So you have a coked up girlfriend at 5 am causing a scene. She had bruises... I am sure if Greg Hardy grabbed me to calm me down while I was in a drunken coked up rage I would have bruises as well. He probably did throw her.... did he beat her and threaten her life? More than likely not. 

He'll get acquitted in a jury trial. I think we all can agree to that. But he won't be a Panther next year.

this is not what Ray's situation was... clearly they often have domestic issues in their relationship. Greg just needs to stay away from them....

Yep Hardy's days in Carolina are more than likely numbered even with a not guilty verdict.  Yet with all this media pressure, they could end up releasing him right now.  I wouldn't be surprised.  People in the media are on a warpath right now.

I think because of the ray rice situation certain players will get banned a lot of games no matter how much damage they do. I don't think Hardy did anything as bad as Rice did but if convicted he will be banned more than the two games rice was.

From what I've heard from legal friends the judge is terrible and they think the jury will not rule against Hardy. We will see.

Speaking of videos, Hardy mentioned on the 911 call that he had a video. I'm not a lawyer, but if the video does shed a better light on all of this, it might be time to leak it.

 

Make no mistake. A storm is coming. I have no doubt that TMZ and others are digging and approaching anyone with information, and they pay well. All eyes will be on how the NFL treats Greg Hardy and Ray McDonald's cases.
