We are all just people. There is a reason society has different laws for kids and adults. If I need to go into why then let me know.

I don't see any difference in a man hitting another adult man or adult woman. Nor do I see a difference in a women hitting a man or another woman.

There are differences, physically, between men and women. Explain to me at what point Ray Rice was in danger.

Women that hit men should be prosecuted and tried the same as men. But to pretend that men aren't at a significant physical advantage a vast majority of the time is dream land stuff.

Cool, so you pick the one case in the last 30 years, that is universally viewed as a travesty, of justice, and then express anger about how rare my example is. I bet I can find more than one example of mine in the last 20 years.

If your example is such a miscarriage of justice that it caused a riot, it is probably a bad example.

Please show me the stats of how many criminal cases have been won. When the victim of the crime goes against the prosecutin and helps the defense.

Generally speaking, a woman is helpless compared to a man physically but nowhere near as helpless as a child compared to an adult.

My mother was crippled by minor. I'd argue that adult versus child is not as constant an advantage of man versus woman.

The Rice situation is really sad. He deserves to go to prison, yet his wife is coming to his defense in the midst of all this because either she really is being manipulated mentally or because she might lose her meal ticket to the lap of luxury, i.e., the Rice fortune, when legal costs and his lack of eligibility to play renders him destitute.

We are fully aware that the RK situation was a travesty and the LAPD, etc. caught hell over that just as many are calling for the Atlantic City judge, DA, and others who presided over the Rice case to step down.

You keep bringing up outside examples, as if there is no video in the Rice case, and then when you actually acknowledge the video you blow it off as no big deal because it didn't help in the King situation. How do you not see how flawed this logic is? Video tape is used everyday to lock people away. We are supposed to believe it doesn't matter here because of Rodney King? You are not being very convincing, but I'm starting to wonder if that even matters to you.

I'm going to type very slowly for you.

Tape is great evidence if it's a allowed to stand on it's own or better collaborated by a victim or witness.

But if your victim and main witness is willing to testify and discredit your video tape or tape recording to help her attacker. A slam dunk case becomes a guarded 3pt shot case.

Are we talking about a ten year old minor or a 17 year old one who was going to be 18 in 3 months?

Mike and Mike touched up on the Greg Hardy situation just now. (They also were with Jemele Hill and Cris Carter) CC said to give Hardy due process and Golic stated the judge found him guilty. At the end Jemele Hill made an allusion toward the Jovan Belcher case due to Hardy's case having guns involved. I just don't like the media constantly bringing up Hardy's name in all of this because it doesn't accurately portray the doubt in the case, and his true trial is yet to take place.

I can't watch Jemele Hill, she's like the girl in high school who didn't get fuged enough. She's always mad about something. Not too mention every year she says we are going to take a step back, when all we've done since Cam arrived is get better

And there are differences between one man to another. Some are large and some are tiny. What if the woman was bigger. 

 

 

Did anyone ever take the time and look into the size of the guys Smitty hit? If the wrongness level of the act hinges on size deferential you'd think that would have been brought up.  What about when the news broke that Beason hit a dude in a bar, I imagine there aren't many guys out there bigger than Beason. At the time size didn't matter. Imo all assault should be treated the same by the league regardless of sex.
