I think someone will give him a shot next year. Everyone in the good ol' USA gets a second chance. Especially in the NFL.

 

Yeah, I think they will next season, but he doesn't deserve it.  BUT, sadly, he certainly isn't the first player and won't be the last to do it.

Yea, I was on the "let's get all the details before making a decision" train, and after seeing that video, he should be in jail and at the very least suspended for the year.

The way he acted after she was unconscious has me thinking he's hit her before. He was pretty calm while she was unconscious on the floor. I would've freaked out, thinking I've possibly killed the lady.

I'm thinking the same thing. I won't be surprised if hardy is suspended in the next couple of weeks. That's not to say I think the situation is the same at all.

What I don't get is why? The NFL didn't have to hide. They did nothing wrong because it was on the player. Does the Union have leverage over what was behind the scenes on this? Otherwise it's easy to go lets see all the evidence then make our decision.

How much of a cap hit does this give em.  Ravens still showed their ass in this process by standing behind him during the process.  IMO, the disturbing nature of this video finally forced their hand.  I'm very glad I don't call myself a fan of the ravens.
