We all know these guys are grossly overpaid. Nothing we can do about that right now. But it was nice to see him average 5 per carry when our running game typically starts off slow. Hopefully our guard play was part of it today and it will carry forward.

 

And as others have said, DWill was playing inspired today. Don't know whether it was the recent death of his mom or Stew being back or whatever. The man was actually running through tackles, and we haven't seen much of that in awhile.

Nah.. it's mostly all the post about how Dwill is the worst running back on the team talk that has been prevalent around here.  Even a certain camera jockey was speaking of how Stew was far and away a better running back than Dwill.   Add to the fact that everyone not named Deangelo played bad.

Forgiven? I dont believe anyone with an ounce of sense blames him or anyone else for accepting a contract. He averaged over 5 yards a carry.
