I'm pretty sure one of the main reasons we released Steve Smith was for our first round rookie receiver.  Imagine telling Smith he's no longer the first option?  Lol

Sorry but no. He was released because of his cap number the two years after this year, if we were to keep him this year. We cut him before we drafted KB so that reason wasn't even a possibility.

Well, since we're passing this sort of thing around.

 

Mike Craft, of Panther radio, has been saying all along, "the presence of Kelvin Benjamin will help Olsen catch 80+ passes this year". Adding; "he's that good".

 

I to agree, they will both help each other. That's how it should be.
