didnt we already know this about the "Riverboat" moniker...?

Ron even said he was just playing the odds with the 4th down tries.

got news for everyone. the amount Cam will heal over the next week is negligible. if this is the play, just stick him on 6 week IR.

this is stupid,

next week there gonna worry hes gonna take one hit

the next week there gonna worry hes gonna take on hit

the next week

the next week

so on and so forth

riverboat ron is gone

gtfo with that stupid mess. If you think he is ready to play now, then that much more by even just next week. If simply  "working out the soreness" is your reason he is ready...then imagine how much better will be even just one week later of reps, treatments and work with the team.

LOL at riverboat is gone. If that is your stance, you might as well leave this board now..as you obviously dont support this team, and seem to think you are much more well informed that, you guessed it...the folks who actually get paid to make football decisions.

Ron can't sit him for 6 weeks....

Look at our schedule. Season will be done by the most likely

I want Cam to start, but I am mentally prepared for DA to be the starter. My concern is that the conditions have to be right in order for the Panthers to win with DA. That means the running game has to be on point and the defense has to play lights out. I can believe the latter, but this team has not been able to run the ball effectively since 2009.

It's the NFL every player is always one hit away from being out for the season. Maybe we should sit Luke too, wouldn't want him to get hurt out there playing the fooseball.

Saint and Buc fans are over here probably laughing at us...you guys are all acting like a chicken with a head cut off. Relax. Have we ever seen DA in a Panthers uni in a game that matters? No. Have some faith. Hell yeah Id rather have Cam too, but honestly when have we ever been good in season openers to begin with? He will be back next week. Mark my words

LOL yep he is making his bed on Sept 7. What a fluke last year

Sent from my iPhone using CarolinaHuddle

this is going to be an issue for Cam all year long.

and i don't know if you are being sarcastic.  I'm not saying the season is over. But to act like oh we need to rest him one more week like it's going to matter with a rib injury.

one thing i have been screaming for Ron to do since 2012 is to TRUST CAM.

I was making a point CRA but whatever.

I wasn't trying to argue. I agree if you sit him today you should bench for those weeks....

But I have a feeling today will show Ron how dependent he is on #1 and then know he has to play him....regretting this move since he will have to let him go next week

My bad if I sounded argumentative. Just piggy backing off your thought

Luke isnt nursing an ankle surgery, fractured ribs, or the future of this team (at least as offense is concerned)

Dumb comparison honestly.
