On Cam Newton's Playing Status...

It must be quirky...

Brady played with 3 messed up ribs for weeks. Media had it leaked and NE then admitted it.

89 admitted to playing with injured ribs after a season was over.....Carolina never mentioned it

I remember Denver was docked picks for injury report tom foolery so Shanahan listed 53 guys on the report the following week. I think you can get away with it if the guy plays. If he actually misses the game without warning then Gooddell steps in.

I have had this injury and was able to play in the game the next week.

stop doing this pseudo-doctor nonsense.

hairline fractures, as you know the doctor said, are about pain management.

the chicken little crap veiled behind "reason" and "caution" is stupid.

So you are a quarterback in the NFL and you know you had the exactly same injury right?

Stop acting that you and what Cam iss dealing with are anything close to the same thing. Funny how nobodies who came back from injuries act like what they did in high school or a small time college is the same as the NfL. What you did or didn't do has nothing to do with Newton or the Panthers. Stop fooling yourself.

maybe you should stop acting like you know too since you obviously are/were not a nfl qb who had the same exact injury.

lol at the hypocrisy of this post. you boldly proclaimed none of us have ever had this experience before and it was incorrect. the level he plays at is no doubt the reason they are being cautious but throwing a tantrum because your vintage P55 "THE TEAM KNOWS ALL" whinestorm backfired is hilarious.

we'll stop giving our input when you stop acting like you have any insight into his injury (which you have by your own admission stated you know less about than I do)

"it's a marathon not a sprint"

except for when you lose a game you should win and it ultimately ends up costing you your season as is the case for many teams across the league each year. and happened just last year in week 1 to you know who-us.

dont be stupid Ron. Play your elite QB if he says he's ready.

it isnt a marathon. it's football, and you only get so many chances.
