I almost would have wanted to not tag Hardy, trade him for whatever we could have got. Signed Peppers and then signed a FA tackle.

 

This.  Instead of dumping all that cash into Hardy we could've signed Peppers for less and had him be Ealy's nursemaid.  Hindsight is 20/20, but it very well may could've been the move if we had known Hardy would pull that little off field stunt.
