GB @ SEA (Scouting these two teams)

honestly not too worried about GB- SEA showed how you beat them tonight- pressure Rodgers. They have great WR's no way we will be able to cover them for extended periods of time

SEA will be tough, have to shut down Lynch to hope to beat them

Not saying Nelson and Cobb aren't top WRs, but I honestly think our entire receiving corps plus Olsen will prove to be more productive as a whole. Our top two vs Cobb and Nelson maybe not, but in general I don't think we look any worse.

I'd much rather have a guy like KB who can make contested catches against DB's like Seattle's than guys like Cobb and Nelson.

I would read into it to much, Green Bays defense looked plain slow, didn't take advantage of potential turnovers; atleast two interceptions and that second punt they could have recovered if the player had waited about half a second long, and let the Seahawks run amuck with poor tackling. Then again Seattle has one of the easiest schedules according to hear-say.

If Carolina tackled like we saw Green Bay tonight I am sure my vocal cords would be gone by now.

We shut him down last time we played. 43 yards on 17 attempts and only a 14 long. Yes, it is a new season but I believe in our defense.

SEA called a running play on 3rd and 9. Guess what, they executed with Lynch. You call plays based on the talent you have.

You call plays based on what setup the D is in.

ie

Stacking the box = pass

Lightbox = run

Off coverage = quick slants, curls, drags, ect

Press coverage = picks, drags, comebacks, out routes / posts depending on inside or outside shading

blitzing = screens

zone = flats / curls combos, posts

Seahawks and Packers.

Well they are who we thought they were!

Packers D is garbage still. All they have is to hope and pray Rogers can pull one out of his hat.

Seahawks are the same strong defense with gimmick play offenses. Still need to let that crap OL spread out to block so lanes pop open for Lynch, and Wilson still needs to scramble around the pocket to find a hole to throw through since he cannot see down field. Use your DL to force the OL inside to close the lanes and then push it into the backfield. Let your backers shoot the gaps on the run and if it is a pass force that pocket to close in on Wilson.

What difference it makes how a qb get the ball to his receiver. You guys worry too much about style of play. Rodgers looked like crap. Had good protection but couldn't get the ball to his receivers.
