Ranking Rookie WRs - 3 or 4 year dynasty league

So I am in a keeper auction ($400 cap) league. I sat around and waited until everyone had used up their spots and grabbed the following all for $1. In 2016  they will all have salaries of $3 unless they end up in the top 5 in points one year

 

Brandin Cooks

Markus Wheaton (not a rookie)

Marqise Lee

Cody Latimer

 

Also picked up Mike Evans for $5

 

Unfortunately I am overloaded at WR and will need to drop someone.

 

Cooks and Evans seem like no brainers with Cooks being touted as OROY and Evans already in the #2.

 

Wheaton is the #2 in Pittsburgh. Lattimer could see an increased playing time in the high powered Broncos O.

 

So is Marquis Lee the odd man out?

 

Basically I don't want to drop the guy who will be a top 10 or 5 WR in a couple of years.

 

So who do I drop?

I think the biggest deciding factor would be how long do you believe Peyton will be in Denver. When Peyton is gone, so is that high power offense.
