Chud's bullshit read option offense opened the doors for the kapernicks and rgIII's of the world. It sent the NFL looking to implement the option offense. Not to mention we had a top 10 offense under chud. Amazing with him gone were a bottom dwelling offense. But blaming losing seasons on a high scoring offense while the defense is allowing 25 points a game is not the offenses fault.

lol get back to me when keapernick and rg3 do anything noteworthy. If anybody in the organization liked his play calling he wouldn't be some assistant scrub for the colts.he'd be calling plays.

He'll be calling plays again sooner than later. People called Hue Jackson a scrub when he didn't get the job here and spent a year as an assistant, and now everyone is hyped about the Bengals offense under him.

Stephen Hill will definitely be proehl's greatest project.

Turning lead into gold.

If Proehl can pull this off, he shall be dubbed...the alchemist..............but with quotations around it and with the first letters capitalized.  And said in hushed tones while doing slow semi circles with both hands.

"The Alchemist".

Then we will have to triple his salary.

hue Jackson is a legit o coordinator with an NFL playbook. When chud left we had to strip all the crap and re work all the terminology because he over complicated it .

Let's see. Calling cute plays when you only need a few yards or calling 20 yard passes when you only need a couple? Which is better?

    • Both CMC and Burns were leaned into because they kept missing at so many other places so when it came to contracts they both got weird. CMC wasn't healthy and isn't healthy still while Burns was never a core guy because he just doesn't produce like a core guy. I never got the CMC crying. He is a beast when healthy but he isn't healthy enough and regardless we won more without him than we did the year we traded him away. RBs just don't have the value fans what to see. Even the Eagles got their RB for just cap in free agency lol. None of us have to like it but that's the value of the best backs in the game right now. The other trades were positives because they moved on and got anything they could but I agree with what you said and would add that the poor drafting just compounds it all looking worse and dysfunctional at the end. Fritterers needless trade backs for lesser talent left a hole that Rhules obliviousness to how the NFL is run started IMO.
    • Yup, but people were pissed when we won that last game with the Falcons.  We'd be sitting at #6 had we lost basically looking at he same options as #8.  That's unless Walker does go at pick four or five.  Still, it's a pretty weak draft at the top overall.
    • Getting a 2nd for Moton would flip how I look at Morgan. His values are too dated and that would be a 180 IMO.
