Tampa Bay is 1.5 - 2.5 point favorites, over/under 39.5 in all the large sports books.  I'm honestly surprised.

 

I'll take Carolina and the under.  I just think that we've turned the corner of all the slow starts.

The open line was Panthers -2.5 which means Vegas is going to rake in the $$$ from all of those fools who bet on Tampa.  I honestly admire and like Josh McCown as a person, but this is the NFL, and these are your Carolina Panthers, and it's feeding time.  McCown's gonna wish he was in Union County in an old folks home.

Open line, ie sucker bet, is to take Tampa.  And many have, hence the line has moved where they are now a slight "favorite".  We'll see.
