Labor Day menu

For me, I'm going to grab an Italian sub for lunch from Jimmy Johns and ribs, home made biscuits for dinner (undecided on the green for dinner)

What say you?

smoked a butt all night.............4 racks of ribs going on around noon.

 

slaw, baked beans and a couple dozen buffalo turds

Ribs on the smoker in T-Minus 2 hours....I'm stuck at work though.

Jimmy Johns is good for the rolls alone. I get them to make cheesestakes with.

I always customize when there, however we decided on Jersey Mikes since it's a 2 minute walk and we got lazy.

Pie for the Penn Station suggestion, I've never been.

I will say Firehouse has never impressed me and everyone raves.

Grilled chicken for me. Burgers for the fam. Grilled squash, asparagus, kabobs of red onions, dif color peppers and turds. Honey pecan creamcheese is a great counter to the jalapeno. I may even make homemade banana or peach ice cream. Not sure yet. On charcoals of course.
