They can start signing guys at Noon on Sunday.

Keep in mind you could still see some changes to the regular roster between now and week one.

FYI: On the (far short of being truly official) Panthers.com depth chart, Fozzy Whittaker is listed as the second string kick returner.

I'm not sure how that would be measured... my point is, this group is not as talented. We are extremely limited and lack dimensionality at the position.

Lol, imagine this scenario. You wake up one morning. You go to Steve before the game. You tell him kelvin Benjamin, a rookie, is going to be targeted more than him and Steve is now officially a #2.

I expect us to make at least changes to the offensive line. I don't have an idea who we will cut but I'm certain we will sign some vet linemen. I would love to see us grab Coleman and stash him and Lucas on the practice squad. A year with Proehl could do wonders and if it does pay off we could have three 6'4 and above WRs.
