Isn't it literally the worst think in human history that ppl think our favorite sports team that has never been to back to back playoffs won't do it this year. Oh the horror, it's terrible

Keep it simple for everyone you talk to. If they predict a Panthers fall off it has to be because they believe the defense is not a top defense. These individuals can not claim the Panthers front 7 is among the best in the league.

Anything related to the offense is nonsense. Among the worst in receiving yards and qb sacks last season. Only 2 red zone targets.

Simply put they cannot get worse on offense.

And BTW the Seahawks OL had the worst sack % last season.

Benoit is from and graduated college in Idaho.  The fuger likely wouldn't know a redskin potato from a russet.  The only good thing to come out of Idaho is Kelly Franson.

Isn't Andy Benoit the same dumbass that proclaimed Andrew Luck the "best running QB" despite Luck having less than 10 designed run plays while the other candidates had over 40.

Edit: oh actually Andrew luck only had TWO designed runs last season. To put that in perspective, Cam had 59.

Oh and in the same article, Grand Wizard Benoit also said Luck was not responsible for one single sack he took. Not one.

1. If we struggle, you are right.

2. If we don´t struggle, you can blame it all on the "improvement" of Cam or Cam's "improved leadership" all while Cam is putting up the same numbers as the last two year (same thing as the by national media invented "sophomore slump" they claim Cam had while actually improving in his second year).

The guy almost got one of his receivers killed in last night's game with one of his many bad throws, but don't be surprised if some in the sports media start saying he's more accurate than Cam. Not once did u hear the words inaccurate, foot issues, or any of the silly things they say about Cam's game.

Those in the sports media know there are way more who hate Cam, than like him so they will spew anything because it's what they want to hear.

The thing is, well, it's not wrong.

 

The off season was terrible for the Panthers.  Cam is still developing and took leaps and bounds in progression last year but he is still unpolished with some of the basic QBing aspects of the game.  The depth is lacking on this team and it is no secret - last year they played above their means in many positions and some of those players are gone.

 

Simply put, this article is the truth and the Panthers needs to read it, believe it and than come out and prove it wrong.  This season, success and winning is all on them.  Cam must grow up and mature as a leader, take the reins and bring home the baby.

 

Anything short of a playoff win is not enough.  And a playoff win is not going to come easy.  Not this year, not in the division and especially not in the conference.

You are taking a team that you're an expert at and comparing that team to one player - a Johnny Come Lately type.

 

Slow down your car, roll down your window and relax.  A lot of people are criticizing Manziel.  A lot of people are hyping him because he is a media darling, too.  The same exact thing happened to Cam when he came out.  A lot of people talked about how he is immature and the scandals (bribes and stealing) and a lot of people talked about how talented he was, his raw undeveloped talents will some day make him among the best kind of statements...
