Man, I'm glad I sent the night drinking instead of reading this dogpile. But, my 2 cents worth (Still worth 2 cents!)...

 

Philly B- He's learning. I can teach you how to catch and make good decisions, I can't teach you to be fast or quick.

 

Ted Ginn- He was great for us. He started out so great that Miami and SF didn't cut him. No, wait....

Scratch Reynaud he is a Kick returner not a punt returner

He looks explosive if he can get the basics down. Nothing will prepare him for that like regular season games. He needs more practice. At some point in time, you gotta put him in real-time situations for him to learn.

Ginn wasn't a great returner for us.

Considering how good he was at it earlier in his career, I was honestly disappointed with him.

He was better than what we had for years, so it doesn't surprise me there are a few delusional fans thinking AZ will cut him.

Philly Brown is a rookie, and it was preseason.

I'm certainly not going to over react to it at this time.

He will get better fielding punts.

Fans think it's so easy. Even the pros have a muffed punt or two from time to time.

I'll certainly give hime the time to get better, and see how he does in regular season.

If we were going to cut players based on preseason performance, at least a quarter of our starting lineup would be cut. Including many fan favorites.

But I was making more of a point about Rivera not being perfect with talent evaluation.

I don't understand the Philly hate. He did the responsible thing tonight with most of his returns. There wasn't anything there and he didn't try to force anything.

He dropped another punt again. Something he had a problem with all training camp. I'm sorry if people are concerned about that.
