Will the Super Bowl ever be played in BOA?

If they want to get picky, Charlotte doesn't meet the average temperature requirement.

So give global warming a few years and that won't be a problem either.

Was going to point this out. Atlanta's Ice Bowl in the early 2000's killed any chance of Charlotte getting the Super Bowl.

And Charlotte is bigger than Arlington. Much more hotel space just downtown alone in Charlotte.

yes but Arlington is right outside Dallas/Ft. Worth. Charlotte doesnt have the benefit of another big city close by.

It would help immensely if the next stadium had a retractable roof.

while we are at it, can we design the new stadium to surpass 138 decibels when the lazy fuggers that show up at BOA actually get off their asses and cheer?

You would think Roger would push for a Charlotte Superbowl. He loves him some JR and he loves him some NFL shield on our grass... Like some have said, Charlotte, (and entire 85 corridor from Raleigh to Atlanta) is growing faster than anywhere nationwide. I would be shocked if Charlotte doesn't host one within 25 years.

Probably doesn't hurt that the Superbowl's biggest sponsor is Pepsi.
