Have fun as really if you go. You may want to go camping. This coming from someone that dislikes camping as go with my family if I do go LOL! 

But seriously have fun. As it is less expensive if you go camping and stay at a camping site.

Just hanging by the pool and beach is about the best you can do at 6 months.

He's not going into the ocean. I got him a baby pool, I will fill it with ocean water.

I'm going deep sea fishing while wifey will stay in hotel room with a baby. So far I just planned eating out and beach time.

When wifey and I go on vacation we always do fun activities and see things. Now, not so much.

I will probabaly buy booze and cigars and will just enjoy family time.

It will change soon enough. It Goes so fast. Just soak up the age he's at and realize soon u can get back to being more active.

There are plenty of fun things to do at Myrtle (if you have money) with older kids.  But with a 6 month old, just let them play in the sand a bit.

Having a few that close together does suck, but you'll get out of baby jail and won't have to go back.

Getting the wife heavily drinking sounds like a recipe for another 6 month old to entertain in about 15 months.
