I enjoyed reading this entire thread.  Just wanna say i'm not here to bash you Panther fans or anything. I enjoy the state of NC and actually have plans to move there for baby making time of my life.  BUT I will remain a loyal bucs fan as I have always been since childhood (i know....it hurts you don't have to tell me).  Although I would like to mention ONE thing i notice is misconstrued in this thread quite a bit. 

 

Tampa Bay and it's surrounding areas are widely considered "heaven's waiting room".  I have been to Charlotte, and Raleigh and many other towns in NC. Lots of younger and middle aged adults. 

 

Please just consider, that from where I sit as I type this I can't drive a mile in either direction without driving past atleast 1-5 55+ communities, nursing homes, or the likes. 

 

This creates a really weird fan culture that quite often has more opposing team fans show up then actual home team fans.  I'm not complaining about this....but I just wanted to make you guys aware of the primary influence to our awfully bandwagonistic fanbase.  Most of our population can't wait around and be a fan to a team that sucks now, they need to be fans of winning teams (hell even my own grandfather is now a patriots fan even though this season he's sort of a bucs fan again LOL) because they may not be alive to see the Bucs build back to relevance.

 

 

That being said, I look forward to this game. I will get to be on the field for this one as I have full field access to all the home games this season at RayJ.  I really admire the Panthers style of football and definitely respect it.  I do think your WRs leave a little to be desired, but that may be the only area where the Panthers "come up short".  Good luck this season everybody.  I look forward to the defensive battles between our two teams!
