No jail time will be given. But Hardy may fall victim to the commissioners new spousal abuse policy. First offense being automatic 6 game suspension. Don't know if that would be this year or next year though. Next year will take some $$ out his FA stock.

They are gonna let his court day play out....and it likely gets pushed back until after the season. That means it will likely be another teams worry.
