Conditional 7th in a heart beat, give Hill a strong armed QB and he could become a solid player.

 

He's also only 23 years old.

 

Seems like most young WR's break out in their 3rd year, maybe a change of scenery would help Hill.

OK, perhaps we are being too hard on him about the drops. He improved from year 1 to 2, but his production was meager.   I still don't know that it justifies sending one of our WRs to the practice squad (or to Bill).

This guys 6'4 and his lowest 40 time was the same as ted ginn jr 4.28. I feel like this guy is being undervalued.

I don't see anything to suggest he is worth a draft pick. He's the kind of guy you might pick up when he gets cut. Nothing more.

We do not need Stephen Hill. Carolina has a decent WR corp already.  Carolina is going to rely heavily on their TE's, Kelvin, the run game, and cams legs.  This is the system they have put in place.  If carolina needs anything right now, its to sure up the Oline.  They need depth there.  Anyone of these starters go down and Cam is in trouble.  Every year its the same thing.  Sign every available WR.  Do any of you actually watch the games?  This is a ball control clock managing team built around defense.  The offense only needs to score more than our defense allows.  And judging by last year, thats 14 points.

He is still so raw and makes huge mistakes in reading cvgs with his rte running.

If he offered some special teams value Id be all for it but...

I'm guessing we wouldn't be able to put him on the practice squad? Don't know that I'd prefer him over any of our receivers that figure to make the roster.

The kid is not that bad of a WR. He's still pretty raw but had no QB and WR help the last two years. He was pretty much thrown out there to be the no1, which he's not. He had 2tds in his first rookie game.

Id love to have a tall (6'4") and fast WR across from KB.
