Harper can't do any worse than Lester did last game. I don't know if Lester was hurt before he left the game but he didn't look like he was playing in the same game as everyone else.

Still not sure why all the hate on Harper.     Harper cheaply hit SS89,   we all know that SS89 takes pleasure into getting in the heads of defenders every game, were any of us really surprised when one of them lost composure?  That is what SS89 does.. if defenders didn't get mad and want to hit 89,  then 89 wouldn't be 89.

Because he sucks. I routinely as a Panthers fan saw my team scheme to attack Roman Harper because he was a weak spot in the Saints defense.

I understand people forget that when he changes to your favorite teams jersey.

Harper is too much of a liability in coverage to get excited at all about. He might as well be a linebacker.

 

I hope Thomas DeCoud is better than Mikell.

even as an evangelical, i hate that phrase. its become so hokey and the original meaning has become lost to most people.

unfortunately, i dont think Harper has enough left in the tank to become one of the greatest players to ever play for Carolina. i support the man and i think he will be an adequate stop-gap for this season, but i still hope he is relegated to a back-up role by 2015's training camp.
