Panthers have a dumpster fire of an oline. They have to know this. Quite possibly the worst line in the NFL. Yes to the fullback and anything else that can help

Tampa is licking their chops and they have a coach who can easily neutralize Shula. Going to be interesting

 

It's not a great line but it's not a dumpster fire. Our starting interior is legit. We can run the ball if those guys are healthy. And I really think Bell is going to be adequate. Chandler worries me greatly.

calm y'alls tits, they'll monitor him closely in practice, keep his ribs taped, and he'll start in week one.

 

if anything this is an impetus for the FO to do everything humanly possible to scour the waivers for talent and motivation for the offensive line to push themselves.

 

We aren't going to sign a Week 1 starter from cuts. We might improve our backups. Offensive lineman are hard to come by.

I agree, unless he starts sliding more and getting rid of the ball faster it could catch up to him. Those hits start adding up.

cam doesn't take painkillers. he's on record saying that, but i will say this again.

 

Cam Newton is the toughest motherfuger on this team. Jordan Gross said in all his years in the league he has never seen somebody as tough as Cam.

I think what most are worried about is that preseason isn't even over yet and cam is already banged up.

It should at the very least be concerning for the prospects of having a healthy cam all season. No?

Ribs are tricky. There a tons of muscles, ligaments, and tendons pulling on your ribs constantly. Not to mention the fact that ribs are impossible to stabilize since they move everytime we breathe.

All that being said Cam is tough as nails, he played all last season with a screwed up ankle, and the rib is not a complete break.

I will be extremely surprised if he misses the opener
