Cam not playing Thurs, has rib injury

He does, but, the one saving grace of our offensive line was that Cam had the ability to break free of a busted pocket and make something happen. DA is a sitting duck in the pocket.

Now you can understand my comment last night about Webb possibly being our best option, "at this point".  Cam injured and with our Oline, we will need a mobile QB.  Webb has as much experience as anyone with our current WR's.  I was just thinking outside the box a bit last night, but whatever.  Webb has actually done a good job for us so far.  Maybe DA will be okay, but I am worried that he got clocked a couple times the other night and Tampa D under Lovie will be formidable

Anyone have vid or gif of the sack?

Seems premature to jump all over the Oline which played well the first two preseason games. Granted, I didn't watch much of the Pats game because a storm fugged up direct tv at the bar.

Wasn't even a sack, had tons of time but couldn't find anyone open so he ran and dove head first and took a knee to his back/rib area. Oline looked good the first couple games, people need to chill

Wasn't a sack. He was in the open field and should have slid sooner instead of tucking his body and absorbing the blow.

Not sure why people trashing the Oline, this was on Cam.

calm y'alls tits, they'll monitor him closely in practice, keep his ribs taped, and he'll start in week one.

if anything this is an impetus for the FO to do everything humanly possible to scour the waivers for talent and motivation for the offensive line to push themselves.
