That's fun to say but Cam's injury was on him. When the play broke down he had the option to throw it away. Instead he tried to make a play. In the preseason.

Damn rib fracture has to hurt like a mother. That one's probably going to linger.

 

Especially after all the sacks Cam will have to endure. I'm concerned he might not make it through the whole season...

Quick Google search seemed to think healing time is 4-6 weeks, if not longer.. I doubt he's ready by week 1

So maybe Webb doesn't get cut just yet (forr some backup insurance).. Let's hope between Cams healing ankle and this new injury that he doesn't have a major set back with his timing and chemistry with the new offense.Not a good way to start the season with your franchise beat up.

Nooooooooooo this is bad especially considering how much reps he needs with the new recievers! even if hes back week one he could still be in pain or not good with his recievers.

This injury shouldn't keep him out, but it's something that one big hit can bring back and make much worse...I'm worried.
