Nor do I think the Rams would want him. There are other guys out there that are young and may have some untapped potential; guys like Glennon or Cousins or even Ponder. They wouldn't give up anything worthwhile for a guy whose best days are perhaps behind him.

 

It would be different if they just needed a vet to win them a few games. They should be thinking more about a guy who could develop into a long term answer.

You can't fault Webb for that game. Ponder practiced that entire week as if he was going to start only to be ruled out at the last minute.

Anderson has been throwing some ducks over the past two seasons I have watched him play...I'm all for it if Webb can show that he knows the playbook and is up to the task of running for his life if he is put out there
