Not gonna lie, the Saints offense scares me. Who the fug do you put on Graham in pass coverage? And Cooks getting to the outside against our current secondary frightens me as well. I don't trust any of them to make a tackle in space besides maybe Cason.

Don't know much about their D.

I think Melvin White has easily been our best corner this pre-season from his coverage to his tackling in space and run support. Cason really hasn't impressed me outside of a few good tackles against KC.

Saints defense should be top 10 again if they can remain healthy but both Vaccaro and Byrd on the back end have had some injuries and missed time. Tough to say whether or not Cameron Jordan or Gallette can repeat their success rushing the quarterback. They are good but can they consistently get it done every season? We shall see. Bucs will have a great defense but bottle up Doug Martin and force McCown to win with his arm and I like that match up for us.

Panthers offense was responsible for Vaccaro's injury. It's not like we have anyone on the team who knows their defense

If they send Cooks deep, our pass rush has a chance. If they send him short Thomas Davis might kill him.

It's a very tough match up on paper but we won't see them until week 9. Injuries will change our perception of that match up for better or worse.

Tampa looked good yesterday. Their defense is legit, if their offense can perform they could be better than us. Mike Evans looks good, and Doug Martin looks like he is completely healthy.

I'm not sold on Atlanta. Their receivers are good but their O-Line can't run block (but ours hasn't shown the ability to either) and their defense is trash. Will have to win shootouts.

Saints will be good- hard not to see them winning or being 2nd in the South. I think their defense may take a step back but they going to put up points.

The Panthers defense will be legit again and we will be in every game IMO except maybe the Saints in the Dome which always seem to be bad for us. Not sure what offense will be other than I doubt we will be setting the world on fire. The run blocking has to be better for the offense to click. TB in week 1 will be a good measuring stick bc their run defense has been very good the last few years.

The South is up for grabs. I think most people think the Saints look like the best team on paper but you can make the case for everyone else too. I just hope we come out to play Week 1 and get the win

New Orleans is the most complete team in the division. They should be the favorites.

The new officiating standards with respect to defensive interference and holding is catered for a team like the saints. I see the saints at 12-4.

The falcons should benefit from it too but their oline is a mess as well as their defense. I think they will be 7-9

The Bucs should be tough. Their defense will be stout and they should have a great running game. Their qb position will hold them back. I think they go 8-8.

The Panthers defense will be fine but our oline is too big of a problem this year. I honestly think that will be the downfall of this team. I see us at 8-8 as well.
