yeah he just turned 13 on august 1st. so that would be perfect. where can he register? any way to rig the drawing ...i can show proof it was just his bday?

Register at the tent outside the main gate to the practice fields. There are signs, banners for Panther Pals. Sorry, no rigging allowed. (I've been offered hundreds of dollars before! Heck, I've been offered that for just the T-shirt.)

We start registering about 8:30 a.m. (Again tomorrow and Friday are the last days for Panther Pals. Also remember, it's always subject to change if Coach changes practice schedule or locations. I don't anticipate that, but it's my standard disclaimer!)
