My sentiments exactly. That was the only game I thought he played like a rookie... but I mean come on... it was Tom Brady... Manning would have done the same thing.

Yeah, it was to be expected. He will be valuable this year, especially when we have to deal the Bucs huge targets on the outside. Hope he can continue to improve.

I've generally heard good things about him on the huddle. Top 15, no but I think he's on a path to being solid.

I think some people last year said or thought he hit a rookie wall. But for someone who some didnt even know who he was during preseason, UDFA who basically started for us last year and is slotted to start this year he has done a great job. I think if he continues his hard work he will be a good and solid cb for us

Was a steal last year. Kid is looking better and more disciplined this season. But no way hes a top 15, yet.

a good tackler and doesnt let much get behind him.  those are pretty much the top 2 priorities of a corner.  he has the ability to make plays

Top 15?  Good lord.  I'll  be happy if he can be an average starter.  That's still a heck of an accomplishment for a 2nd year undrafted free agent.

it's pretty sad that carolina's secondary is so suspect that all a player has to do to be considered one of the tops at his position by the fans is to not screw up.

If I recall correctly, Tom Brady picked on him during the MNF game last season. That's the only time I remember people really criticizing him. Otherwise he was solid.

Actually that game was when I realized White might turn out to be a decent CB. Brady definitely made it a point to pick on White and White held his own. Brady has ruined guys careers when he's gone after them, Alphonso Smith certainly comes to mind. 

 

Anytime you can find a starting caliber player as a UDFA that is a great pick up.
